・お客様都合によるキャンセル
・商品手配の都合上、ご注文後、営業時間で２時間以内のキャンセルの場合のみ無料で対応いたします。

それ以降のお客様都合によるキャンセルは承っておりません。
ご注文内容を十分ご確認のうえ、ご購入をお願いいたします。

- サイト上の販売内容や価格等に誤りがあった場合
- その他、当店がご注文の継続が困難と判断した場合

- If a sudden change in stock status at the manufacturer or supplier results in a long-term out-of-stock situation
- If the manufacturer has discontinued production, sales, or handling of the product
- If there are errors in the sales information or pricing on our website
- If we otherwise determine that it is difficult to continue with your order

・下記の場合に限り、商品到着後3営業日以内にご連絡いただいたうえで、無償で返品・交換を承ります。
状況がわかる写真数枚と説明を添えてEメールにてご連絡をお願いいたします。
- 配送中の事故による破損・汚損
- 不良品または欠陥品
- ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合

Please email us with several photos showing the condition and an explanation.
- Damage or contamination caused by accidents during shipping
- Defective or faulty products
- If you receive a product different from what you ordered

事前連絡のない返品や商品廃棄等には対応できかねます。
- 返品交換の場合は、商品到着後3日以内に、状況がわかる写真と説明を添えて、Eメールにてご連絡をお願いいたします。
当店より連絡の後、当店指定の返送先までご返送ください。
- お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
