7. 商品の引渡時期

在庫切れ等で納期が遅れる場合には、別途ご連絡いたします。
※運送中の交通事情や悪天候等の影響により、ご希望に添えない場合もございます。

We will notify you separately if delivery is delayed due to stock shortages or other reasons.

8. 申込みの有効期限
・特に設けておりません。ただし、限定商品やセール商品については、各商品ページに記載の期限が適用されます。

9. ご注文のキャンセルについて
・商品手配の都合上、ご注文後、営業時間で２時間以内のキャンセルの場合のみ無料で対応いたします。

・Due to product preparation logistics, cancellations are only accepted free of charge within 2 hours of placing an order during business hours.

10. 商品の返品について
・商品の特性上、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・お届けした商品が不良品もしくは、破損していた場合は、商品到着後３営業日以内に、
状況がわかる写真数枚と説明を添えてEメールにてご連絡をお願いいたします。
・不良品、誤発送など当店に瑕疵がある場合、返品送料は当店が負担いたします。
・万一、発送した商品が受け取られずに発送元に返送された場合、
往復の送料（往復の基本送料＋往復の中継送料）がお客様のご負担になります。
10. Return Policy
・Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges for customer convenience cannot be accepted.
Please understand this in advance.
・If the delivered product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt,
by email with several photos showing the condition and an explanation.
・In cases of defective products, incorrect shipments, or other errors on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost.
・In the event that a shipped product is not received and is returned to the sender,
round-trip shipping costs (round-trip basic shipping fee + round-trip relay fees) will be the customer's responsibility.

・沖縄県・離島地域などは送料(中継料金)がかかります。 こちらの表をご参照ください。

※ご精算時に入力いただいた配送先の郵便番号によりご購入手続きページに送料が表示されますので、
必ず正確な郵便番号をご入力ください。
郵便番号の誤入力により追加送料が発生する場合はメールにてご連絡いたします。
追加送料をお支払いいただいてからの商品お手配となります。
※万一、発送した商品が受け取られずに発送元に返送された場合、
復路の送料（税込1,210円）＋往復の中継送料 がお客様のご負担になります。

Additional shipping fees (relay charges) apply for Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands. Please refer to this chart for details.
※ Shipping is free for regions not listed in the applicable areas.
※ The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout based on the postal code entered for the delivery address.
Please make sure to enter the correct postal code.
If an incorrect postal code is entered and additional shipping fees are required, we will notify you by email.
The order will be processed only after the additional shipping fee has been paid.
※ If the shipment is returned to us due to a failed delivery (e.g., not accepted or undeliverable),
you will be responsible for the return shipping fee (1,210 yen including tax) plus the round-trip relay charges.
